RocketBuild
RocketBuild is a space-action shooter game in which the player has to build his rocket (choosing between different types of parts) and then embark on a journey through space to avoid asteroids and aliens.
The player aims to reach the highest possible score before the end of the fuel or going out of lives.
Gameplay Pillars
Phase 1: Build the rocket!
In the first phase of the game is related to the creation of the rocket.
The player has available different types of Tips, Bodies, and Thrusters to create the perfect rocket for his play style
Phase 2: Survive!
The player needs to drive his rocket toward the stars avoiding obstacles and shooting enemies to reach the best score.
The player needs to take care also of the fuel and avoid to finish it.
Project overview
The game is a Game Jam Project done during the DBGA Online Blended Course Game Jam developed by the Space Cadet Team, a group composed of 3 game designers (including me) and 2 game programmers to create a game in 2 days based on the mechanic of the BUILDING.

I actively contribute to the creation of the game in the following way:
